Stevie joined NZS Group as an Administrator at Wellington Scaffolding Services (WSS) in 2014. During her time with us, Stevie progressed from administration and operations coordination to business management, before moving into NZS Group as a Business Analyst in 2020. Along the way, Stevie built on the experience gained at WSS, supporting branches nationwide, contributing to acquisitions and helping introduce new systems.
Supported by colleagues across the Group, Stevie developed a passion for using data and understanding branch needs to improve business performance. Now, as Business Performance Manager, her focus is simplifying systems, increasing efficiency in our processes and helping our teams be the best in what they do by focusing on delivering to our customers.
