The scale of our industrial work for Fonterra called on expertise and resources from across NZS Group. TWC, Geeves, Formshore and Wellington Scaffolding Services. The scope included a 30-metre freestanding scaffold, confined-space access inside a drier, engineered propping for a 1,200-square-metre roof and 900 metres of pipe-bridge access, a substantial coordination effort across engineering, equipment and site crews.
Working closely with Fonterra, Tira, Naylor Love and other contractors, our teams managed highly technical scaffolds and shutdown deadlines critical to restarting production. Crane-installed modules reduced work at height and erection labour, while D2 crews used ice vests and rostered breaks in temperatures above 50°C. This was a major combined effort, showing how the Group’s shared capability supports industrial work of this magnitude.
