Adam’s journey with Geeves began in 2017, when he joined as a Contract Supervisor. He went on to take on Operations Manager and General Manager roles across Auckland and Waikato, building a practical understanding of our branch operations, our customers’ needs and the support our teams need to succeed.
In September 2026, Adam stepped into the Chief Operations Officer role, bringing that experience to the wider NZS Group. His focus is now on aligning operations, strengthening performance and sharing expertise across our businesses. By bringing our people, resources and capabilities together, Adam is helping our teams deliver consistently for customers and building the operational strength to support the Group’s long-term strategy.
